How to Use This Tool
1 Get an API Key (many are FREE)
This tool uses AI vision to write your titles & keywords, so it needs an API key. Click the AI Provider box in the left sidebar to open AI Settings. You can choose from 7 providers:
Google Gemini (free tier — best for starting out) • Groq (free tier, very fast) • Mistral AI • OpenAI • OpenRouter (one key unlocks many models: Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, GPT) • Anthropic Claude (top-quality vision) • xAI Grok (free starting credits for new accounts).
Pick a provider, choose a model, press Get Key to open that provider's key page, create a free key, paste it here and press Add, then Save.
2 Choose Your Platform
In the sidebar, select where you will upload: Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Vecteezy, iStock, Depositphotos, 123RF, Dreamstime or All Platforms. The CSV columns are formatted exactly for the platform you choose. Adobe Stock also gets an auto-selected Category, and Vecteezy gets an extra Description field.
3 Adjust Settings (optional)
The sidebar shows four compact settings cards — Title, Keywords, Work Settings, and Language & Style — each with a summary of its current values. Click any card to open its popup and customize: title word count, keywords inside the title, total & main keyword counts, how many files process at once, AI quality, output language, and writing style. Everything saves automatically the moment you change it.
4 Upload Your Files
Drag & drop up to 1000 files — JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, MP4, MOV, WEBM — click the box to browse, or press Ctrl+V to paste a copied image. Processing starts instantly; each card shows the file's name and live status.
5 While Processing
Use the control bar: Pause (finishes current files, holds the rest), Resume, or Stop. If a key hits a rate limit, the card stays visible and shows a countdown like "Rate limit — retrying in 5s..." — the tool retries automatically and switches to your other keys when needed.
6 Videos Are Fully Understood
For videos, the AI analyzes the whole clip, not one frozen moment: small videos go to Gemini in full, and for every other case the tool automatically captures 4 frames across the timeline (start → middle → end) so the AI understands the subject, motion, and story before writing the title & keywords.
7 Failed Files & Retry
If some files fail (quota, network hiccups), they appear in the Failed Files section with the file name and the reason. Press Retry Failed — they re-process with a fresh start while any pending files keep running. Reset All instantly cancels everything and gives you a clean slate.
8 Review, Ranks & Editing
Every result card shows the title and keywords. Each keyword has a popularity dot — green = high buyer-search popularity, yellow = medium, gray = low/niche (AI estimate) — so you instantly see which keywords are strongest. You can edit the title, drag keywords to reorder or move them between Main and Extra, triple-click to remove one, copy any group, or press Regenerate for a fresh version of any single file.
9 Preview Before You Download
Not sure everything looks right? Press Preview CSV to open a table showing exactly what will be in your CSV — every filename, title, keywords and (where relevant) category or description — before it gets downloaded.
10 Download Your CSV
Press Download CSV (or Ctrl+D). Upload that CSV to your stock platform along with your files — titles, keywords (and category/description where needed) fill in automatically. Done!

Privacy
Everything runs in your own browser. Your API keys and settings are stored only on your device — nothing is uploaded to our server. Files are sent only to the AI provider you chose, using your own key.
